Our Blog Archive Index has moved. It has a list of drink recipes, thought for the day topics, and interesting external links. Just click on the day for the topic you are interested in to go to the post.

We can link to your site naturally in our blogs by referring to some interesting content, useful tools, or relevant services you provide. As examples we've linked to a couple of sites that could link to us; we write on similar or related topics.
You could mention, for example, our beer comparison tool by copying the text below onto one of your pages:
I found a cool beer comparison tool at HappyBreath.Net. It lets you compare from a database of over 200 beers. It knows the alcohol content for all and the calorie content for most. It compares two beers and tells which has fewer calories per alcohol and which has a better price per alcohol. You can even add unlisted beers to compare!

Drink
Todays drink is the Orient Express. A low-fat drink that lifts spirits as it warms bellies.
1 oz Domaine de Canton . Ginger Liqueur
1 tsp sugar
2 shots espresso
It is acceptable to use a ginger infused brandy or vodka if a suitable ginger liqueur cannot be found. Coffee can also be used in place of espresso. Ingredient ratios can be varied to individual taste.
Think
People have a tendency to stick with what's working. If drinking 2-3 drinks per hour for an hour or two results in a pleasant buzz, people are tempted to continue consuming at that rate. Unfortunately, however, this overlooks the Level of Optimum Drunkenness alluded to in the "think" for April 25th, 2009. To understand how to stay at the optimum level we introduce the concept of maintenance drinking. Let's say you've determined that your LOD (level of optimum drunkenness) is 0.08% BAC. Maintenance drinking is a rate of drinking that will maintain a consistent BAC. For most people this is 1/2 - 1 drink per hour (7 - 14 grams pure alcohol) per hour. This means taking 1 - 2 hours per drink. An easy way to accomplish this is by drinking to arrive at LOD before a meal and then maintaining LOD after a meal, often with beer or wine since it will be easier to drink slowly.
